摘要
侧脑室肿瘤是指原发于侧脑室本身结构，如室管膜、脉络丛的肿瘤，以及由脑室周围结构如胼胝体、丘脑等突入侧脑室内的肿瘤，约占颅内肿瘤的1．4％，占脑室系统肿瘤的44．7％。由于侧脑室肿瘤与脑脊液对比度差别大．在影像学检查中易于发现。但是因为发生于侧脑室的肿瘤多种多样．且影像学表现特异性不强，故定性诊断有一定的困难。本文对常见的侧脑室肿瘤MR表现进行综述及病例分析。
