摘要
大学生情商的缺失,导致了当今社会一些悲剧的发生,培养大学生的情商已迫在眉睫。美国社会情绪学习在研究和实践的基础上,已经证明,社会情绪学习有助于提高学生的情商。因此,汲取美国社会情绪学习项目实践的成功经验,在我国高校引入情绪教育,开展社会情绪学习课程,是培养大学生情商可行的方略之一。
The lack of College Students' EQ leads to the tragedy of society. It is imminent to cultivate college students' EQ. The U.S. Social and Emotional Learning are based on the research and practice. It has demonstrated that social and emotional Learning helps improve students' EQ. Therefore, learning the successful experience of social and emotional learning project, we introduce emotional education in the colleges. It is one of feasible strategy to cultivate college students' EQ in carrying out social emotional learning curriculum.
