摘要
阐述了在通信技术中应用耦合线实现小型化Wilkinson功率分配器的设计方法。此功率分配器具有输出端口分离的特性,从而减少了寄生效应,并且便于连接其他有源或无源器件。根据奇-偶模的分析方法获得功率分配器的设计公式,并对设计方法做了具体分析。最后,制作了一个工作频率在1GHz和2GHz的功率分配器验证了其可行性。
A miniaturized dual-band Wilkinson power divider with a coupled-line section is presented.The output ports are isolated physically to reduce parasitic effects and to make an interconnection with other passive-active devices easy.Closed-form design equations based on an even-and odd-mode method are obtained.The design methods are discussed in details.The measured results of a microstrip power divider operation at 1 GHz and 2 GHz verified the theoretical feasibility of the proposed power divider.
