中山市2004-2009年食品中金属污染物情况分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解中山市2004~2009年食品中金属污染状况,发现食品安全隐患,探讨提高食品安全质量的措施。方法对2004~2009年食品中的铅、镉、汞和铝含量检测数据作描述性分析。结果 362份食品中铅含量超标51份,超标率为14.09%;镉超标36份,超标率为9.94%;155份食品中汞超标18份,超标率为11.61%;114份食品中铝超标34份,超标率为29.82%。所检食品中叶菜类的铅、汞、猪肾的镉、油条的铝超标率居高,分别是铅超标率31.37%(16/51)、汞超标率61.11%(11/18)、镉超标率25%(9/36)、铝超标率58.82%(20/34)。结论该市食品总体维持较高的合格水平,个别食品金属含量超标率较高,应健全食品的管理制度,继续加强对食品金属污染的监测力度,提高检测水平,确保食品卫生安全。 Objective To understand the metal pollution in foods in Zhongshan City from 2004 to 2009. Methods From 2004 to 2009,the data of meatal poluution in food with lead,cadmium,mercury and aluminum were descriptively analyzed. Results Out of the 362 food samples,the unqualified rates of food polluted with lead,eadmiam,mercury were14.09(51/362,9.94%(36/362), 11.61%(18/262). In detection of another 114 food samples the unqualified rates of food polluted with led was 29.82%(341114). Tie content of lead,mercury and cadmium in vegetable fried flour dough,swine kiney were allso hgih,with an unqualified rate of 31.3%(15/51),61.11%(11/18)and 25%(9/36). Conclusion The foods were heavily polluted with metal and effective measures be taken to protect the health of the local residents.
