通过对河南国有及国有控股企业经营者的收入分配状况、企业职工收入与经营者收入的差距、经营者收入在不同规模企业间的差异、经营者收入与企业经营业绩的相关关系等问题的实证研究 。
The paper makes practical study about the distribution of Henan state-owned and state-holding enterprise managers' income,the difference of income between the employees and managers,the difference of the managers' income in different scale enterprises,and the correlative relationship between manegers' income and operation for working out scientific and reasonable policy of managers' income distribution
