《能召回前世的布米叔叔》是一部带有浓郁个人风格的影片。在影音造型上其带有导演阿彼察邦标识性的神秘写意的风格;在结构上,影片以不时断裂的叙事突破了西方叙事理论的樊篱,从而在电影民族化的道路上做出了有益的探索;在主题上,影片不仅对泰国的现实政治有所指涉,更探索了深植于佛教传统中的时间观念。
Uncle Boonmee who can recall his past lives is a strong personal style film.Its audio-visual design is filled with its director,Apichatpong's logo of the mysterious freehand style;Its structure breaks the western linear narrative theory,and makes useful explorations in the nationalization of movies;In the subject,the film not only refers to Thailand's political reality ,but also explores the concept of time deeply rooted in the Buddhist tradition.
