从中药不良事件看中药的临床合理应用

Investigation of Clinical Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the View of Adverse Events

在过去的10多年间,国内集中报道了大量的中药不良事件,引起了严重的社会反响以及民众对中药安全性的质疑。临床不合理使用中药是引起中药不良事件的主要原因之一,其中包括了医师、患者、药物和其它因素。本文通过查阅和检索近年的中药不良事件,分析临床用药引起中药不良事件的原因,总结合理使用中药的对策,其中包括:提高医务人员用药水平,规范中药使用,加强用药监护,健全中药不良反应监测制度等,以期最终促进中药的临床合理使用,减少不良事件发生。

In the last decades, there were considerable reports on the adverse events of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in China, which resulted in social panic and doubts about the safety of TCM. Irrational use of TCM in clinic is one of the major reasons for the adverse events. The influencing factors include doctors, patients, TCM itself and et al. Based on literatures and case reports, the reasons of TCM adverse event and the strategies for the rational use of TCM were summarized in this manuscript. It is necessary to improve doctor＇s knowledge of TCM, standardize the use of TCM, strengthen the monitoring of TCM treatment, and optimize the monitor system of TCM adverse reaction.
