武警部队支队（团）卫生队应急卫勤保障能力研究

Study on the ability of medical support about CAPF＇ s medical team during emergency in the detachment（regiment）level

目的了解武警部队支队（团）卫生队的应急卫勤保障能力现状。方法对全国范围内的武警部队支队（团）卫生队进行随机抽样问卷调查，分析其应急卫勤保障分队展开及机动情况。结果共调查120个支队（团）卫生队，60．00％的应急卫勤保障分队2008年～2010年只参加过1-3次军事演习，组织救护所展开的比例仅占56．67％（全部或部分展开1～3次），应急卫勤保障分队收拢人员、装载物资和展开帐篷所需时间均高于上级相关文件规定的时间。结论支队（团）卫生队的应急卫勤保障能力亟待提高，离实战要求差距较大。

Objective To investigate the current situation of CAPF＇s medical team＇s ability about medical support during emergency in the detachment （regiment）level . Methods A questionnaire survey using random sampling method was conducted among the medical team in the country to analyze deploying and motoring about the emergency medical support unit. Result 120 valid questionnaires were recovered. 60.00% of emergency medical support unit took part in only 1 to 3 military exercises from 2008 to 2010, only 56.67% of them deployed the first-aid station in the past three years（whole or part,1 time to 3 times）,the time of gathering personnel, loading supplies and deploying tent about emergency medical support unit were higher than the relevant documents. Conclusion The ability of medical support during emergency about medical term should be improved, there are a large gap between the ability of medical term and the requirements from the actual.
