摘要
急诊医学的迅速发展对急诊专科医师的综合能力提出了更高的要求,传统的临床教学模式已不能适应急诊发展的需要,亟需探索新的适合急诊医学发展的临床教学模式和管理方法。我院急诊科近3年来对临床教学工作进行了尝试性探索,取得了一定效果,主要内容包括:制定个体化教学方案,灵活管理,运用多种教学手段,强化风险意识,重点培养以急症鉴别为主线的横向思维和先重后轻的降阶梯思维。
The rapid development of modern emergency medicine demands emergehcy physicians to master a comprehensive ability. As the traditional clinical instruction pattern is not adequate for current development of emergency medicine, a new pattern which would be suitable for advanced clinical teaching and management methods is imperatively expected. A 3-year tentative exploration conducted by the hospital emergency department in the clinical teaching resulted in some successful outcomes. It included customized instruction plans, flexibility in management, multiplication of teaching, intensification of risk consciousness, and emphasis combined with a horizontal direction of diagnosing variant emergency illnesses and a longitudinal direction of priorities.
