摘要
基于需求分析理论,对300多名英语专业大学生问卷调查和个别访谈,了解和分析他们对英语文学阅读的个体愿望和对阅读环境的需求。研究发现,学生具有文学阅读的意识,希望在文学阅读中提高英语水平、拓展知识面、提升文学素养、感受阅读带来的快乐、思考与充实人生,但他们阅读量小、阅读时间短、困难多,期待教师给予更多引导和帮助。研究认为,课程内容设计、教材和作品选材上应考虑难易度以及学生实际水平和学生需求,提供形式多样、生动有趣、完整的语言素材,激发学生积极性和主动性;阅读教学中应多组织些交流互动、思维训练和自主学习的活动,以推动英语文学体验阅读。
This study,taking needs analysis as a theoretical framework,has conducted a survey of over 300 English majors from Chinese universities via questionnaires and interviews,which addresses an investigation of their state quo of learning,individual desires and ideal environment relating to English literary reading.The findings show that these students have literary awareness and expect to improve their English,to have more knowledge and more literary attainments,as well as to enjoy reading and to enrich the life by thinking.They expect their teachers to offer more support and more guidance,for they have little time and lots of difficulties in reading.The findings further suggest that considerations should be given to material selection,students’ practical epistemology and their learning needs.The findings finally indicate that various,interesting and integral language materials would arouse students’ active involvement,and those interactive activities,thinking training and autonomous learning should be encouraged to promote literary reading.
