摘要
将微型计算机应用于焊接装备的控制,设计并制造出埋弧焊微机控制系统,可完成焊接工艺参数预置、焊接参数数字显示、引弧及熄弧过程控制、焊丝位置慢送丝调节等功能。系统可用于等速送丝埋弧自动焊的控制,提高了焊接装备自动化水平,在微机应用于焊接领域的研究中作了进一步的探索。
A microcomputer control system is designed and manufactured to control the submerged are welding equipment. This system bears the functions of presetting and digital display-lug of welding parameter,starting and ending control of the are and adjusting the position of the electrode wire at a low wire feed speed. The system is ideally suited for the coned of submerged are welding with constant wire feed speed,and has increased the level of automation of the arc welding process. This design is a fur- ther study of the application of microcomputer in welding technical field.
