宽板轧机输送辊的火焰喷焊技术应用

APPLICATON OF FLAME SPRAY WELDING TECHNOLOGY TO CONVEYING ROLLER OF BROAD SLAB ROLLING MILL

叙述了对宽板轧机输送辊的火焰喷焊技术应用的研究过程。对厚壁辊的火焰喷焊，在工艺技术、配套设备、专用工装、消耗材料等诸方面都有一些特殊要求，为此我们做了一些改造、研制工作，成功地完成了直径３００ｍｍ、长２０００ｍｍ、壁厚２５ ｍｍ的输送辊的火焰喷焊。

This paper described the process of researching on the application of the flame spray welding technology to con- veying roller of broad slab rolling mill. For the flame spray welding of thick wall roller, there are some special requirements such as process technology, matching equipment, special jigs and fixtures, consumbales, etc. For this reason, we have done some research work,and have succeeded in flame spray welding of conveying roller with 300 mm diameter, 2 000 mm length and 25 mm wall thickness.
