摘要
介绍了汽车上常见的成形深度比较浅的冲压工艺方案的确定过程 ,并以EQ1060F3t载货汽车后围下部为例 ,针对其在生产中出现翻边高度不均匀的问题 ,进行了详细的冲压工艺分析 ,把原第1工序成形改为冲孔成形 。
The determination of the stamping process for the parts of an automobile with a shallow forming depth was introduced. Taking the bottom part of the rear boarding of the truck EQ1060F 3t as an example, in view of the problem of uneven flanging heights occurring in the production, a detailed analysis was made on the stamping process. The stamped parts quality was greatly improved after taking piercing as the first forming operation.
