研究了等离子喷涂法快速制作具有复杂、精密图案的模具型腔的新工艺 ,获得了满意的实验结果 ,分析了制作过程中的主要影响因素。

The new technique of rapid manufacturing mould cavities with complicated and precision designs by plasma spraying method was studied and a satisfactory experimental result was achieved. The main affecting factors in the course of manufacturing were analyzed.
