摘要
在精镗孔加工中由于刀具磨损、热变形等原因而造成的孔径误差是影响孔径尺寸的重要因素。文章对如何实现该项误差的自动补偿控制进行了研究 ,并介绍一套新研制的孔径误差自动补偿控制系统。该系统最大调整量 0 4mm ,最小调整量 0 0 0 1mm ,重复调整精度± 0 .0 0 1mm。
s:The error in diameter of hole resulted from the tool wear, thermal deformation, etc. is an important factor which effects the hole's dimentional accuracy in fine boring. Research is made on realization of automatic compensation and control of the error, and a newly developed automatic hole error compensation and control system is introduced. The system has the regulating range: 0.001mm (min.) to 0.4mm (max.) and repeatability: ±0.001mm.
