低膦水质稳定剂TJ-201的合成及其缓蚀性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 TJ 2 0 1是一种含马来酸基、磷酸亚基、氧乙烯基等的膦基聚羧酸 .用失重法研究了TJ 2 0 1对 2 0 # 碳钢的缓蚀性能 .讨论了与Zn2 + 复配后的缓蚀作用以及温度、pH值、转速、时间对缓蚀性能的影响 .结果表明 ,用现场水质、不预膜、投加量 6mg L(以PO3 -4计为 0 .8mg L)时缓蚀率为 99.1 % ;该药剂可在较宽pH值 (6~ 1 2 )和温度 (2 0~ 80℃ )范围内使用 ; Agent TJ\|201 is an organic phosphonocarboxylic acid containing maleic group, phosphonic group, and ethoxyl group etc. Rotary coupon test was used to study the corrosion inhibitive performance of TJ\|201 for mild steel. The results showed that TJ\|201 and Zn(Ⅱ) have obviously synergetic effect and the inhibitive performance is influenced by factors such as pH ,temperature, rotation speed ,time and so on. The corrosion inhibition rate (no pretreatment) is 99.1% in the field water (normal running concentration: 6 mg/L) and 98.9% in the compounding water (normal running concentration: 14 mg/L). The agent can be used well at pH 6~12 and temperature from 20 to 80℃. It has an excellent performance in corrosion inhibition and heat stability at the proper rotation speed.
