双极双针手动调压脉冲射频治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨双极脉冲射频手动调压升温模式治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2010年3月至2011年2月我院收住的腰椎间盘突出症患者90例,在C臂机引导下行双极双针脉冲射频椎间盘髓核成形术。采用改良Macnab方法评估观察术后15、30、90、180天的疗效,并记录术后不良反应。结果:患者术后15、30、90和180天的疗效优良率分别是57.8%,82.2%,88.9%和95.6%。随着术后时间增加,疗效也增加。结论:双极双针手动调压脉冲射频治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全、有效的微创手术方法 ,具有操作简单、易于掌握、创伤小、无严重并发症等特点。 Objective: To explore the clinical effects and safety of the bipolar needle manual pressure regulator pulsed radiofrequency on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH). Methods: From March 2010 and February 2011, 90 patients with LIDH were treated with bipolar needle manual pressure regulator pulsed radiofrequency. The patients were followed up at 15, 30, 90 and 180 days after treatment. The clinical effects were evaluated with modified Macnab method and side effects were recorded. Results: The excellent and good rates at 15, 30, 90 and 180 days after treatment were 57.8%, 82.2%, 88.9% and 95.6% respectively. As the postoperative time went on, the clinical effects became better. Conclusion: Bipolar needle manual pressure regulator pulsed radiofrequency is a safe and effective microinvasive treatment for LIDH, with the characteristics of simple to perform, easy to master, minimally invasive, without serious complication.
