A Research on the Rapid Making of Vinegar With Waste Material

本文讨论利用废弃水果作原料快速酿醋的方法。其结果每百斤烂水果可酿醋25斤左右,节粮约10斤。生产周期比旧式用粮酿醋法缩短20天左右。

This paper introduces the method of the rapid making of vinegar by using waste fruit as raw material.In the research, 50kg of waste fruit can produce 12.5kg of vinegar, and save about 5kg of grain as well. The productive period is shortened by 20 days or so than that of the old way in making vinegar with grain.
