摘要
由于扁挤压筒的形状特点 ,厚壁圆筒的接触应力计算公式不再适用 ,通常采用有限元方法进行分析计算。提出一种求解接触应力的有效方法 ,应用接触体的受力条件和几何条件对弹性刚度矩阵进行矩阵合成与变换 ,可一次性求解边界接触力和节点位移 ,从而获得接触体在装配压力作用下的应力场分布 ,此方法简称矩阵合成变换法。
Due to the shape character of rectangular bore containers, the equation for circular containers is no longer adaptable. Shrinkfitting pressure is usually calculated by FEM. Adopting the method of mixed approach using FEM referred by some paper is timeconsuming and has great workload. A efficient method was provided to deal with contact problems. With the contact force conditions and the compatibility conditions at contact boundaries to synthesize and transform the elastic stiffness matrix applied, the contact force and displacement of node can be solved at the same time, and then the stress distribution can be attainted. This method is called synthesizing and transforming stiffness matrix.
