摘要
用柠檬酸盐溶胶 凝胶法制备了稀土氧化物作为第二相掺杂的Li3VO4超细粉及烧结体。应用TG DTG、XRD、交流阻抗谱对产物进行了表征。稀土氧化物的加入在一定程度上改变了基质材料的电导率。
The synthesis of (Li_3VO_4)_1-x(RE_2O_3)_x/2 by citrate solgel technique and ion conductive behavior of Li_3VO_4 doped by rare earth oxide with different quantity and quality are reported. The stability of xerogel was studied by means of DTA and TG. The crystal structure of the samples was analyzed by Xray powder diffraction. Ionic conductivity was determined from the AC impedance technique. The characterized impedance spectra were simulated with the equivalent circuits program by Boukamp. The experimental results show that the addition of RE_2O_3 changes the conductivity of host Li_3VO_4 to a certain extent.
