摘要
研究了制备各种卤化物颗粒的工艺条件和控制方法。得到的颗粒外观流动性好 ,粒重在 0 .5~ 1 2mg/粒范围内可进行有效控制和选择 ;单一卤化物颗粒纯度达到 99.95%~ 99.99% ;复合卤化物颗粒各组分比例的一致性较好 ,相对误差小于 5% ;开发了镝灯系列、钪钠灯系列、钠铊铟灯系列、彩灯系列等数十个灯用卤化物配方 ,能基本满足当前各种品种及用途的金属卤化物灯对光参数的不同要求。
The technical conditions and control method of preparing various halide spheres were studied. The spheres possess good visual flow ability, and its weight can be selected and controlled in the range of 0.5~12 mg per sphere; the purity of single halide sphere is up to 99.95%~99.99%. The component proportion of complex halide sphere keeps stable basically with the relative error <5%. Moreever, the formula of tens of halide lamp, such as the series of Dy lamp, ScNa lamp, NaTlIn lamp and colored lamp, were developed. the luminescent materials can meet basically the demands for various metal halide lamp with diferent light parameters.
