摘要
通过分析汽车提速后制动鼓耐磨性下降的原因 ,选用成分 w( % )为 :3 .2~ 3 .3C,1.9~ 2 .1Si,0 .8~ 1.0Mn,0 .3~ 0 .4 Cr,0 .4~ 0 .6Cu的合金材质制作汽车制动鼓以提高其耐磨性 ,改进后的汽车制动鼓组织中珠光体量>95% ,硬度为 2 0 0~ 2 2 0 HB。
Though analysing the cause of poor resistance to wear in automobile brake drum for automobile sped up, new alloy material,whose composition( mass,% ) was:3.2~ 3 .3C,1.9~ 2 .1Si,0 .8~ 1.0 Mn,0 .3~ 0 .4 Cr,0 .4~ 0 .6Cu, was chosen to make automobile brake drum to increase the wear-resistance.The amount of pearlite of the microstructure in the improved automobile brake drum was more than95% ,and hardness2 0 0~ 2 2 0 HB.The wear-resistance of the brake drum had been improved greatly.
