摘要
通过研究加热温度和冷却速度对 4 5Mn V非调质钢组织和性能的影响 ,得出该钢种在有锻造加工时其临界晶粒长大温度比无锻造时高 150℃左右 ;冷却方式为单件空冷。
Having studied the effect of heating temperature and cooling speed on structure and hardness of non- tempered steel 4 5Mn V,we derived that this steel's critical temperature of crystal grain growth is 150℃ higher as forge processing than as no-forge processing;But heating temperature should not be over 70℃ / min.Thus,this lays down the theoretical foundation for practical application of this kind of steel.
