A Study of Heat-treatment Structure and Properties of Silicon and Manganese Alloyed Anti-wear Diphase Cast Steel

摘要 测定了以Si、Mn为主合金化元素的耐磨铸钢的TTT曲线 ,曲线存在明显的海湾 ,贝氏体转变区域较宽 ;根据TTT曲线 ,研究分析了这种耐磨铸钢在不同工艺条件下等湿淬火复相热处理后组织、性能 ;结果表明 ,等温淬火复相热处理后所得组织为板条状贝氏体铁素体和奥氏体 ,贝氏体铁素体间距随等温温度的升高而变宽 ,奥氏体量增多 ,其强度、硬度下降 ,塑韧性提高。 This paper first tested the TTT curve of anti wear cast steel alloyed with silicon and manganese. The curve has apparent bay area and wide bainite transmission area. Then, the relation of isothermal heat treatment process, structure and mechanical properties of the cast steel was investigated, according to the TTT curve. The structure of heat treatment steel consists of lath bainite ferrite and austenite. The distance of bainite ferrite phase increases with the elevating of isothermal temperature, as well as the amount of austenite. The strength and hardness of the steel decrease, toughness and plasticity increase with the elevating of isothermal temperature.
