摘要
四轴球体研磨机应用了创成性加工机理和误差均匀化效应 ,本文分析了该研磨机研磨球体圆度误差的趋小化机理 ,研究论证了精密球体研磨的工艺方案、工艺参数、研磨效果及工艺可靠性等问题。最后 ,对小型静电陀螺仪球形转子进行了研磨试验 。
The paper analyzes the reduction tendency mechanism of lapping ball’s roundness error for the 4-axis ball grinder, which employs the mechanism of initiating sphere and effect of homogenizing error. It sdudies and demonstrates the technological sheme, technological parameter, lapping result and technique reliability. The effect of lapping sphere rotors of small-sized electrostatic gyroscope is tested and verified at last.
