摘要
在 45钢上堆焊 D32 2 / D32 7合金制造大型模芯 ,实践证明 ,采用合理的堆焊工艺可在45钢上获得较为满意的耐磨合金层 ,采用这一工艺 ,大型模芯的制造成本只是 Cr1 2 Mo V钢制模芯的 1 / 3~ 1 / 4。
According to the practice of beadi welding D322/D327 alloy on 45 steel the technology and economy of manufacturing large size ceramic die punch are discussed .Applying reasonable technology of bead welding,the satisfied wear-resisting alloy layer can be obtained.The cost of punch is only one forth that of Cr12MoV steel. As for economy,this kind of technology of manufacturing large size die punch has strong competitive ability.
