摘要
西藏旅游业具有高原自然景观、历史宗教文化景观、高原民俗风情三大优势,同时也存在人文资源尤其是民俗文化旅游资源开发不够、外向复合型人才、管理人才缺乏等问题,大力发展西藏旅游业必须坚持走可持续发展的路子。其路径选择应在充分利用自然风光优势的前提下,相应开发民俗文化资源;在兼顾大众旅游的同时,适度推出高端产品;政府主导型的旅游精品战略,应当与社会整体的经济结构和发展水平相适应,避免社会成本的过度累加。
The tourism in Tibet Plateau has three major advantages, the natural landscape, the historical religious culture and the highland folk customs. Meanwhile development of tourism in Tibet,such as the undeveloped , there folk c are some negative factors affected the uhural tourist resources and the lack of complex talents and management personnel,etc. The paper suggests to develop the sustainable tourism,to full use the advantages of natural scenery and folk cultural resources,to launch high- end as well as the mass tourist products,and the government-led quality tourist strategy should be correspond the eco- nomic structure and the development level of society as a whole.
