张爱玲小说可概括为隐喻性小说,这是张爱玲继承融诗歌小说为一体的中国文学整体传统的独特创造,可视为中国文学传统发展延续至现代的产物,即张爱玲从说书体小说汲取说与听的审美思想及叙述精华,并从诗歌中汲取"诗言志"、"诗缘情"的抒情及注重喻说的诗性传统,将两者水乳交融地合成为隐喻性小说。张爱玲小说的艺术特点,受众广泛、被广泛改编为影视和舞台剧以及经典化程度高等现象,均可从中得到很好的解释。张爱玲对于中国文学的贡献就在于创造了隐喻性小说这一小说类型,藉此可生成隐喻性小说诗学。

The paper believes that Zhang Ailing's novels could be summarized as metaphorical novels.Such kind of novel was Zhang Ailing's unique creation and it inherits the whole tradition of the Chinese literature which melt poetry and novel as one,whichcould be viewed as the modern product of the development of the traditional Chinese literature.Zhang Ailing derived the aesthetic and narrative elite from the style of the telling-and-listening novel,and also learned Poetry Expressing Ideals and Poetry Expressing Emotion from Chinese traditional poetry,and melted both of them into her metaphorical novel,which could be explained from these characteristics why Zhang Ailing's novels have big number of audiences,widely adapted to movies and the living theatre,and having higher degree of canonization.Zhang Ailing contribution to Chinese literature is that she created metaphorical novel.And literary theory can be generated metaphorical novel poetics by this.
