摘要
根据时间分割法的基本思想,提出了一种摆线的插补算法,介绍了该方法的基本原理及实现方法,对插补的轮廓误差进行了详细分析。计算机仿真结果表明该方法具有插补精度高,插补速度快的特点,完全满足 CNC系统插补的实时性要求,极大地提高了摆线的加工效率。
The interpolation algorithm for cycloid is proposed in accordance with the principle of time sharing. The interpolation contour error is analyzed in detail. The results show that the method has a high - speed and high - accuracy characteristic and satisfied the real time demand of the CNC system. The processing efficiency of cycloid is greatly improved.
