影响我国医院床位规模的内外部因素分析

Internal and external factors influencing hospital bed size increase in China

影响医院床位规模增长的主要因素通常包括医院内部经营、政府宏观调控以及市场环境作用等内外部因素。近30年,国内医院床位规模增长突出表现为外部政府区域卫生规划不足下的医院内部自主行为。本文在文献循证、现场调研、专家咨询、数据分析的基础上,应用几何模型,将国内医院床位规模变化以及与之相关的内外部因素、利益各方、制度安排归纳为"一角、两圆、三方、四面"关联模型,并提出其相互之间并行交叉作用促进床位规模持续增长。

Generally, Factors affecting increase of hospital bed size includes internal management, government macro-regulation and market surroundings. In reeent 30 years, the increasing of hospital bed size is noted as hospital individual behavior with the insufficiency of government regional planning. Based on literature review, field survey, expert consuhing and data analysis, bed size is set as a triangle, internal and external factors as the in-circle and the ex-eirele of the triangle respectively, supplier, demander and the owner as three impaet sides; regional planning, institution, market and internal managerial factors as four impact bands, and the ＂one triangle, two cycles, three sides, four bands＂ model is summarized to improve bed size eontinuous increasing.
