摘要
天津市人民医院是天津市卫生资源调整中首家投入使用的新建医院。医院在"精医为民、追求完美"的办院理念指导下,贯彻落实医疗资源整合,盘活存量资产,采取先进的扁平化管理模式,引进人才,加强学科建设,明确医疗定位,弘扬医院文化,在天津市区域卫生规划和资源调整的实践中取得了经济效益及社会效益双丰收的业绩,促进了医院的可持续性发展。
Tianjin Union Medical Center is a new hospital which is the first to be used in the process of medical resources integration of Tianjin. In the guidance of hospital' s concept of "exact medical work for people and pursue perfect" , Uuion Medical Center implements integrating medical resources, liquidizing remnant assets, applying 'flat' management mode, introducing talents, strengthening discipline construction, identifying the position of the medical service and developing hospital culture.
