摘要
铝热反应是工业生产实践中制备Al Ti及Al Ti系中间合金的重要理论基础。本文利用X射线衍射相分析、扫描电镜(SEM )、能谱 (EDS)分析以及化学分析等方法对铝热反应法制备Al Ti C中间合金的过程进行了研究 ,结果表明反应初期非常剧烈 ,后期达到平衡。铝热反应由 3个具体的反应构成。反应初期 ,生成了TiAl3,并出现了TiC以及亚稳态的TiAl9相 ;反应后期TiAl9相消失 ,出现了少量Al4 C3 与TiAl3 和TiC同时存在。本文的研究结果对于进一步改进Al Ti
Aluminothermal reaction is very important to produce Al Ti and Al Ti based master alloys.An investigation was carried out of the reaction among K 2TiF 6,graphite powder and aluminium melt.It was found that the reaction was very vigorous at the very beginning of the process and then get to a dynamic equilibrium.There were 3 concrete reactions during the aluminothermal reaction process.At the beginning stage of the reaction,there emerged the phases of TiC and one type of metastable intermetallic phase TiAl 9 as well as TiAl 3 in aluminium melt.At the later stage of the reaction,the metastable phase TiAl 9 resolved and emerged another phase Al 4C 3.
