摘要
为提高BT9钛合金的耐磨性 ,利用碳对其进行激光表面合金化 ,制得了以TiC为增强相的快速凝固“原位”耐磨复合材料表面改性层。研究了碳激光表面合金化工艺参数对BT9钛合金激光表面改性层显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明 。
:Laser surface alloying with carbon was employed to improve the wear resistance of a titanium alloy BT9.The rapidly solidified“in situ” wear resistant composite reinforced by titanium carbide was produced in the laser modified surface layer.The microstructure and microhardness of the laser alloyed surface layer were studied as a function of the laser processing parameters.Laser surface alloying with carbon is expected to be a promising new surface modification method for improving the wear resistance of titanium alloy.
