摘要
对 4343/ 30 0 3铝合金复合硬钎焊板最终热处理工艺进行了研究 ,运用方差分析方法对影响因素进行了分析。结果表明 ,退火温度是影响 4343/ 30 0 3铝合金复合硬钎焊板二次加工深冲成形性能的主要因素 ,对冷加工率为 75 %的 4343/ 30 0 3铝合金复合硬钎焊板 (厚 1 2mm)制定的 380~ 40 0℃保温 1 5~ 2 0h的成品最终热处理工艺 ,能有效解决 4343/ 30 0
Using square error analysis method,the finishing heat treatment process of 4343/3003 aluminum sandwich brazing sheet is studied.The results indicate that annealing temperature is the major factor influencing the deep drawing formability in the second processing procedure of the 4343/3003 brazing sheet;and the problem of crack,occurring in the second deep drawing of the sheet,can be successfully solved by means of appropriate heat treatment for finished products(1 2 mm thick),which had been punched under a 75% cold deformation rate,treated at an annealing temperature of 380~400℃ for 1 5~2 0 h.
