摘要
从金属钽材的物理化学特性出发 ,介绍了在金属钽片上实施的两种表面强化方法 ,即吸氮强化和电化学镀膜强化 ,通过对这两种新工艺的研究 。
According to the physical and chemical speciality of the Tantalum,the article gives two increasing strong ways in Tantalum plate surface layer as electrochemical plating and hardening by drawing nitrogen,and through research in the new technologies,discuss the developing direction and future aim.
