摘要
通过比较水力清砂与机械清砂、化学清砂的特点 ,介绍了水力清砂的优点、原理、工艺参数及设备。使用水力清砂可以使铸件最大程度地保持浇注后的状态 ,保证铸件表面质量并改善铸造生产环境。
The advantages principle technique parameter and equipment of hydraulic cleaning sand are introduced by comparing the characteristic of the hydraulic cleaning with mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning. The poured cast can keep initially conditions to the maximum degree and insure the casting quality as well as improving cast product circumstance using hydraulic cleaning
