摘要
在并行工程环境下集成铸造工艺CAD/CAE系统 ,能高效率、高质量地实现铸造工艺的设计—校核—再设计—优化的技术路线 ,从而有力地支持产品的并行设计。以统一的造型平台SolidEdge作为信息交换的基础 ,将集成铸造工艺CAD/CAE系统纳入了并行工程环境。集成系统以产品模型作为输入 ,进行铸造工艺参数设计 ,浇冒口系统设计 ,生成包含铸造工艺信息的铸件三维模型 ,通过凝固过程数值模拟 ,校核和优化工艺设计。
Integration of a CAD/CAE system for foun-dry technology under concurrent engineering environ-ment can realize efficiently technical route of design-evaluation-redesign -optimization, consequently implement concurrent design of the product. Based on the general commercial CAD model system-Solid Edge, an integrated CAD/CAE system for foundry technology was connected with the product design system within the concurrent engineering environment. The integrated CAD/CAE system based on input of product model realize design for casting processing parameters and gating system, product 3D solid model of castings containing casting processing information, adjust and optimize processing design through numerical simulation of solidification
