Analysis of Performance about Vm48 Import Quench Oil and DL-16 Native Quench Oil

试验采用42MnCr52与29CrMo44两种钢管环,用进口Vm48淬火油与DL-16国产淬火油分别在油温40、80℃条件下进行淬火,测量钢管环心部与表面的HRC值,并对29CrMo44在油温40℃和80℃条件下回火后的力学性能进行对比分析,为DL-16淬火油替代Vm48进口油提供依据。

42MnCr52 steel pipe ring and 29CrMo44 steel pipe ring, when oil temperatures are 40 1C and 80 ℃ , have been harded in Vm48 hardening oil imported and DL-16 hardening oil produced by our country. The HRC numbers of surface and the center of steel pipe ring after handing are surveyed. The mechanical properties of 29CrMo44 ring harded in Vm48 oil and DL-16 oil are compared, and basis of replaced Vm48 oil by DL-16 oil are provided.
