摘要
采用铸造方法制备了高碳、高钒和变质处理为特征的亚共晶 ( 5%V)和过共晶 ( 8%V )两类新型高速钢 ,研究了V、Nb、Mo对高碳高钒系高速钢中碳化物形成及形态的影响。结果表明 ,提高钒含量至过共晶是获得大量颗粒状MC型碳化物的决定性因素 ,钒铌复合加入未明显改善碳化物形态 ,提高Mo含量增加了层片状的M2 C型碳化物的形成 。
Two series (hypo eutectic and hyper eutectic) of new type high speed steel,which has high carbon,high vanadium,and metamorphic treatment features,were fabricated by casting.The effects of V,Nb,Mo on the formation and morphology of carbide were investigated.The results show that under the condition of increasing vanadium content to hyper eutetic,a large amount of dispersed fine MC type carbide can be obtained;Vanadium and Niobium compound addition can not obviously improve the carbide morphology;Increasing molybdenum content can improve the amount of layer M 2C type carbide,and increase the diameter of MC type carbide.
