摘要
采用真空负压工艺获取碳化钨颗粒增强铁基表面复合材料 ,分析复合层微观组织结构 ,并模拟实际工况考察复合层的抗浆料冲蚀磨损性能。结果表明 ,碳化钨颗粒增强铁基表面复合材料具有良好的组织结构和优异的抗冲蚀磨损性能 ,与高铬铸铁相比 ,其抗冲蚀性是高铬铸铁的 3~
WC particle reinforced cast iron matrix composites are manufactured by the vacuum infiltration technique.Their microstructures of the composites layers were analyzed.The erosive resistance of the composites layers were measured.The results show that WC particle reinforced cast iron matrix composites have good erosive resistance properties.Comparing with the high chromium cast iron,the erosive resistance of composites is 3~4 times beyond that of the high chromium cast iron.
