摘要
为了降低锆英粉涂料成本 ,本文采用高铝矾土作辅助耐火材料 ,研制了醇基复合铸型涂料。试验表明 ,该涂料具有良好的复合烧结性 ,好的抗粘砂效果 ,易于涂刷且成本低 。
To reduce the cost of zircon powder coating,a alcohol based compound coating using alumina powder as auxiliary refractory materials has been developed.The test results show that the coating display good property of sintering,capacity of resisting metal penetration into mould,good ability of brushing and lower cost.This coating can be used for carbon steel and medium and small alloyed steel castings.
