摘要
为探讨肛瘘经括约肌间瘘管结扎（LIFT）术治疗高位肛瘘的临床疗效，采用此术治疗高位肛瘘35例。结果显示，35例患者全部治愈，平均手术时间为40．6min，平均创面愈合时间为13．7d。随访5个月，均无复发。结果表明，LIFT术治疗高位肛瘘疗效肯定。
This study was to investigate the curative effect of LIFT procedure （ligation ot lntersphmcter fistula tract） in the treatment of high anal fistula in 35 cases. As results,35 cases were all cured,their aver- age operative time was 40.6min,average wound surface healing time was 13.7d,the follow-up of 5 months did not find any recurrence cases. Results show that LIFT procedure for high anal fistula has certain cura- tive effect.
