齿状线上方黏膜环切术治疗中重度痔源性贫血35例疗效观察

Circumferential Mucosectomy Over Dentate Line in the Treatment of Mid- and Severe Anemia Resulted from Hemorrhoids： Effect Observation on 35 Cases

为探讨齿状线上方黏膜环切术治疗中重度痔源性贫血的疗效，回顾分析35例运用吻合器施行齿状线上方黏膜环切术治疗中重度痔源性贫血患者资料，其中中度贫血22例，重度贫血13例。结果显示，35例患者术中及术后恢复顺利，无吻合口漏、吻合口感染、排便感觉失禁及术后大出血等发生。吻合口均在齿状线上0．3～1．0cm处。术后1个月复查，血红蛋白及铁蛋白值均达到正常水平。结果表明，齿状线上方黏膜环切术治疗中重度痔源性贫血操作简单，安全可靠，疗效确切，值得临床借鉴。

In order to explore the curative effect of circumferential mucosectomy over dentate line in the treatment of mid- and severe anemia resulted from hemorrhoids, authors retrogpectively analysed the data of 35 cases who had received the stapled circumferential mucosectomy over dentate line in the treatment of mid- and severe anemia resulted from hemorrhoids（mid-anemia of 22 cases,severe anemia of 13 cases）. As results,the anemia of 35 cases were smoothly recovered at intra- and postoperation,no anastomosis stoma leakage, infection, incontinence of defecation sensation and postoperaitve massive bleeding, etc occured ; the anastomosis was all located 0.3-1.0cm over dentate line,one month after operation reexamination showed the levels of hemoglobin and ferritin being normal. Results show that circumferential mucosectomy over dentate line for treating mid- and severe anemia resulted from hemorrhoids is safe and reliable, and of sim- ple manipulation and certain curative effect, thus it is worthy to be used as clinical reference.
