临床路径在肛裂手术患者中的应用价值

Appliable Value of Clinical Pathway to the Patients with Anal Fissure Undergoing Operation

为探讨肛裂手术患者实施临床路径的效果，将60例肛裂患者随机分为试验组和对照组，各30例，试验组按制订的临床路径实施诊疗、护理、康复训练，对照组接受传统医疖护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果显示，两组治愈率均为100％，试验组住院时间明显短于对照组，住院费用明显少于对照组，药占比明显低于对照组，健康知识评分明显高于对照组，患者满意度明显好于对照组，P均〈0．05。结果表明，按临床路径对肛裂手术患者实施诊疗、护理工作，可以减少住院费用，缩短住院时间，提高患者满意度。

In order to investigate the efficacy of performing clinical pathway on the patients undergoing anal fissure operation, authors divided 60 patients with this disease into trial group and control group randomly, 30 cases for each group;aceording to the schemed clinical pathway gave trial group＇s patients with diagnosis treatment, nursing and rehability training, gave routine medical nursing to control group, then compared the nursing efficacy of both groups, each other. As results, even the curative rates of both groups were all 100 %, but in hospital stay, hospitalization cost, accounted ratio of drugs, the score points on health knowl- edge, and satisfactory degree of patients trial group was respectively shorter, less, lower, higher and better than control group（ P 〈0.01,at all）. Results show that according to clinical pathway giving the patients underwent anal fissure operation with diagnosis ＆treatment and nursing can reduce hospitalization cost, shorten hospital stay,and enhance satisfactory degree of patients.
