义务教育教师流动的模式局限与突破 被引量:1

摘要 合理的教师流动是指教师在不同学校之间进行交流,轮换执教,以缓解师资力量过分悬殊的状况,促进教师资源均衡配置。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》明确提出“实行县(区)域内教师、校长交流制度”。本文就当前义务教育教师流动的实践模式、局限及突破进行探讨。
