枳实寒温属性探析

Discussion and analysis of the cold-hot nature of Zhishi

目的:针对近年来枳实寒温属性认识的分歧,运用中医药理论探析枳实的寒温属性及其临床意义。方法:制定考察原则,在对枳实古今应用文献考证的基础上,重点分析枳实治疗寒证的特点和应用。结果:古今枳实应用多为治疗积滞痞满证,其中以热证最多,寒热证次之,寒证最少。枳实在寒性积滞证中的治疗意义为"辅佐温热,苦寒泻积"和"行散寒滞,防积化热"。结论:枳实的寒温属性值得进一步商榷,需结合现代实验方法,进行更为严谨科学地观察,以期为临床应用提供依据。

Objective：The subject aiming at the difference of the understanding of the cold-hot nature ot Zhishi recent years,using analytical method of traditional Chinese medicine,discussing cold-hot nature and clinical significance of Zhishi. Methods：To draw up research principle,and research clinical application of ancient and modern literature of Zhishi,and emphasize analysis the characteristic of Zhishi in the treatment of cold-hot disease and application. Results ：The application in all ages is cold and heat over accumulation syndrome. From greatest to smallest：heat syndrome,cold-hot syndrome,cold syndrome. Characteristic of syn- drome. Putting forward the meaning of Zhishi in the treatment of cold syndrome is ＂assisting warm-heat,rush down accumulative disease with bitter-cold ＂ and ＂go and disperse cold accumulative disease,prevent accu- mulative disease turn to heat disease＂. Conclusion：The nature of Zhishi is still need to be discussed and need combine with modern experimental methods and the need to more rigorous scientific observation,in or- der to provide a basis for clinical application.
