Discussion of research ideas of Chinese medicine prescription based on "therapy guiding prescription"

通过对方剂现代研究及临床辨证论治过程中存在问题的分析,提出从治法的角度,遵循以法统方的原则,构建基于精细辨证体系;以脏腑为纲、气血津液为目,提炼遣药处方规律为目标的方剂研究平台。可以准确把握疾病证候病机变化,有针对性的选药组方,更好地实现方证相应,提高临床疗效。

According to analyzing of the problems about the modern research of prescriptions and clinical process of diagnosis and treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs ,it is pointed out that from the point of view of the therapy,following the principle of therapy guiding prescription,based on the fine syndrome differentiation system,as the key link to Zang and Fu,outline to Qi,Blood and body fluid,to ex- tract and purify the rules of choosing medicine and prescription,building the Chinese medicine prescription research platform. The research has an important significance on grasping pathological changes of disease syndrome ,choosing medicine and formula, and better achieve the corresponding of prescription and syndrome, improving the clinical curative effect.
