浅析张仲景治疗阴虚证思路

Analysis of ZHANG Zhong-jing's treatment thinking of Yin deficiency syndrome

系统总结张仲景治疗阴虚证的思路,认为仲景治疗阴虚证注重三个方面:一是在动态中对阴液的虚损进行调补;二是调畅气机,使阴液畅达全身,消除阴虚症状;三是调理阴阳,健运中气,从脾胃中化生阴液。并对其机制进行分析探讨,为临床治疗阴虚证提供一定的理论依据。

Based on systematic summary of ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s treatment thinking of the Yin deficiency syndrome,it is focus on three aspects：First,adjusting and supplementing the deficiency of Yin-fluid in a dynamic. Second,adjusting Qi in order to the Yin-fluid fluent body,and eliminatiing Yin deficiency symptoms. Third,regulating Yin and Yang,strengthening Qi of middle-jiao,and producing Yin-fluid in the spleen and stomach. And its mechanism is discussed to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of deficiency syndrome
