摘要
通过对35个甜玉米杂交种的品质性状进行研究,方差分析结果显示,供试材料中还原糖、蔗糖、可溶性总糖3个品质性状存在着极显著的遗传差异;聚类分析结果显示,不同类群间的品质性状存在显著的差异。该结果为甜玉米的品质性状遗传改良提供了理论依据。
The variance and of the quality traits of 35 types of sweet corns indicated that there were significant genetic differences in reducing, sucrose and total soluble sugars while the cluster analysis of the same materials indicated that there were significant differences in quality traits between different types of sweet corns. Such analysis was expected to provide theoretical guide for the genetic improvement of sweet corn.
