铅球训练重点转移的优化实验研究

A study on the experiment on optimal shift of the focus on shot put training

通过指标测量法、实验对比法及数理统计法,在铅球训练中将传统训练方法改成训练重点转移的优化训练形式,从而对训练内容的重点进行转移和优化。实验结果表明:以传统的训练顺序为基础突出训练重点转移的铅球训练程序,对掌握完整的背向滑步推铅球技术和提高运动成绩有较大帮助。

In light of the morphological index measurement, the experimental comparison and the statistical method, we carried out an experiment on the optimal shift of the focus on shot put training. The result shows that the new training method helps trainers master better skills and improve their performance.
